Notes that keep up with you.
TinyNotes opens to a blank page and saves every keystroke. Find anything in a second, tag it as you write, and pick up on your other devices when you sign in.
Saves as you type. Works without a connection.

What it does, quietly
Four things, none of them in your way
No setup, no folders to plan, no save button. TinyNotes does its work in the background so the page stays yours.
- 01
It saves
Every change is kept on your device the moment you make it, before any network is involved. Close the tab mid-sentence; it’s there when you return.
- 02
It finds
Search looks through every title and every line as you type, and shows you the match in place.
- 03
It organizes
Tag a note with work, ideas or anything else, and filter by it in a click. Pin what you need often; it stays at the top.
- 04
It syncs
Sign in whenever you’re ready and your notes follow you. Offline edits wait on the device, and two devices never overwrite each other.
Your notes start on your device.
Writing never waits for the network: every change is saved on your device first, instantly. Sign in when you want them everywhere.
- Without an account
- Notes live in this browser. Export a backup to keep your own copy.
- With an account
- Notes are kept in your account and on each device, so you can write offline and sync later.
Questions
More in the FAQ. Anything else, contact support.
- Do I need an account?
- No. Open TinyNotes and start writing; your notes are saved in this browser. Create an account only if you want your notes on more than one device.
- Can I use TinyNotes on multiple devices?
- Yes. Sign in on each device and your notes stay in sync between them. The first time you sign in, TinyNotes asks before adding any notes from that browser to your account.
- Can I use TinyNotes offline?
- Notes you’ve already opened keep working without a connection: you can read and edit them, and the changes sync when you’re back online. TinyNotes needs a connection the first time you open it on a device.
- What happens if I edit the same note on two devices?
- Nothing is lost. If both devices changed the same note, TinyNotes keeps the other device’s version in place and saves yours as a separate copy, then tells you.
- Can I export my notes?
- Yes. Export a full backup as JSON (which TinyNotes can import again), all your notes as one Markdown file, or a single note as Markdown or plain text.
